What can I eat while I’m on the cleanse?

Almost everything! There is no way to get healthy without real, whole food, after all. Your accompanying meal plan includes three meals a day and two snacks, all consisting of normal, solid food that you may or may not incorporate in your diet already. The key to the food and Menu Plan is the precise combination of foods we have created, together and throughout the day, and the way they combine with the Teas.
